How may I apply it?
I would incorporate action research within my school by targeting areas that need improvement or problems that need resolutions. I would solicit the faculty for their input regarding various issues and create small groups specific to the identified areas for the teachers to collaboratively research, collect and analyze school data in efforts to propose recommendations to improve the situation or solve the problem. I would have the group continue to re-evaluate and reassess the issue once the action plan is in place to determine its effectiveness. Through the process, teachers may identify other areas that need to be improved or problems without current solutions.

Very good point on action research improving relationships among the staff. Some members at my school like each other, but others would not work together if they had a choice. Good work!!
